How does online ordering work?
Here are the 6 easy steps to online ordering:
  1. You can add both courses and products to your order. Add courses to your registration list by clicking on the "REGISTER" button next to a the desired session. Add products to your shopping cart by clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button next to the product line item.
  2. Click "View Cart/List" at any time to review what you have selected, to change the number of attendees for a course session, or to change the quantity, color, size, etc. of a product item. Any time you make a change on your VIEW page, click the "Re-calculate" button.
  3. When you've selected all the courses and products you want, click "CHECKOUT".
  4. On our secure "Checkout" form, enter your contact information. If you're registering for courses, enter names of attendees. If you're purchasing products, enter "Ship-to" information. Enter credit card information and click "Continue to Order Review."
  5. Review your information and make changes if needed by returning to the "Checkout" form. Use your browser's "Back" button to do this.
  6. When your summary page is correct, PRINT IT for your records and then click "PLACE ORDER NOW".

Is my personal and credit card information safe?
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online security system available. With us, all of your personal information -- including your credit card number -- is encrypted by SSL.

What about "cookies"?
The Minnesota Safety Council respects your privacy. We use cookies to track your Registration List during your browser session. No personal information is kept in the cookies. The cookies last only for the duration of your session; when you close your browser, the cookies are deleted.

To use the online course registration system, cookies must be enabled on your browser. If you receive a cookies-error message, see your browser HELP-documentation for instructions to enable cookies.

What happens after I submit my online order?
Save the page you printed when you submitted your order as a record of your transaction. You (the order contact person) will also receive an automated confirmation-email as a record of your transaction.

Allow 2-5 days for delivery of in-stock merchandise. Subscriptions: 4 - 6 weeks.

What is your product return policy?
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are having a problem with an item you ordered from us, we want to help. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will credit or exchange it, if unused material is returned within 30 days of shipment, in saleable condition and in its original package.

We cannot accept returns of:
- An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any software, CD, DVD, VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)
