Are young children in the bathtub always supervised by an adult?
Is the hot water heater adjusted to 120 degrees or below?
If you have separate hot and cold bathtub faucets, do you have spout guards and a mixer faucet?
Are cleaning supplies and other poisonous materials stored out of children's reach or in a locked cabinet?
Are vitamins and medicines stored out of children's reach or in a locked cabinet?
Is the poison center phone number immediately available (1-800-222-1222)?
Is gasoline stored in the garage out of children's reach or in a locked cabinet?
Do you use back burners for cooking?
Are pot handles turned toward the back of the stove?
Are coffee, hot liquids and hot foods placed out of children's reach?
Are walkways in rooms, halls and stairways well lit?
Does the bathtub have non-skid strips or a mat on the bottom?
Do you have carbon monoxide alarms installed near each bedroom?
Are bookshelves and other furniture secured with wall brackets so they can't be tipped over?
Is there protective padding on corners of coffee tables, furnifture and counter tops that have sharp edges?
Do you check your garage door opener once a month to make sure it reverses the door when striking an object?
Is access blocked to standing water (pools, ditches, well, 5-gallon buckets)?
