Mental Health First Aid is designed to give you skills to help someone who is developing a mental health challenge or crisis. Just as CPR training helps someone without medical training assist an individual following a heart attack, this course helps a layperson assist someone experiencing a mental health crisis. Learn how to recognize the potential risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems, and how to connect someone who may be dealing with a mental health challenge with appropriate resources.

There will be 45-60 minutes of pre-course work to complete and submit prior to trainings.

*Pre-registration and payment are required. Hopefully you won't need to cancel, but if you do, please do so at least seven business days prior to the course for a full refund. No refunds will be made after seven business days prior to the course. This policy will be enforced, so please plan ahead if you need to cancel your attendance.
