Right-to-Know/Hazard Communication

Right-to-Know: What the Standard Says

"Right-to-Know" is the Minnesota standard that is equivalent to federal OSHA's hazard communication standard. Even though it's been in existence since the mid ‘80s, it's still one of the regulations most frequently cited by Minnesota OSHA. We can help you meet the requirements of the standard and create a safer workplace through:
  • Consultation and Training: Our consultants can answer your questions and provide onsite assessments, program development assistance, customized employee training and more
  • Training Courses: Train your trainers—and all essential staff—at your place or ours.
  • Training Materials: Video-based training, booklets, posters and more.
  • Video Library: View titles related to hazard communication.
