Employee Right-to-Know Model Program for Small Employers


Minnesota OSHA developed the "Employee Right-to-Know Model Program for Small Employers" to assist employers in complying with Minnesota'sRight-to-Know Act. The act requires employers to develop written training programs for their employees regarding the hazardous substances, harmful physical agents and infectious agents they are routinely exposed to in the workplace. Employers who choose to use the sample program as a model must adapt it to fit their specific needs.
