Right-to-Know / GHS Train-the-Trainer
Do your employees work with chemicals? If they do, you need to know the OSHA Right-to-Know standard. This half-day workshop is designed to assist employers in complying with the Minnesota OSHA Right-to-Know Standard and the Federal OSHA Hazard Communication/GHS Standard. In addition, you’ll get the skills and resources you need to go back to your company and train other employees.
Minnesota's Employee Right-to-Know law requires employers to evaluate their workplaces for the existence of hazardous substances, harmful physical agents, and infectious agents. The law also requires employers to provide annual training as well as written information to employees routinely exposed to those substances or agents. In addition, employers are required to develop a written Right-to-Know policy/program, to properly label chemical containers, etc.

- Workplace Inventory and Evaluation
- Safety Data Sheets
