Fifty Strategies for “Managing” an OSHA Inspection

What is your plan for when OSHA shows up at your facility unannounced? How are you ensuring the rights of your employees and organization are being protected? Do you secretly hope that OSHA does not arrive when your safety personnel are out or unavailable? Many employers will agree that when OSHA arrives, it will likely happen when you are least prepared for it. How excruciating this experience can be is the difference between executing a solid plan and not having a plan at all. This session will review fifty basic strategies on how to prepare for and manage an OSHA inspection, and setting your organization up for a more successful experience.

Location: This course will be held at the Minnesota Safety Council Resource Center located at 474 Concordia Avenue in St. Paul. Take the Dale Street exit from I-94. Proceed east on south frontage road (Concordia Avenue) past the American Lung Association. Turn right into our lower level parking lot.

Please make reservations directly with the hotel and be sure to identify yourself as a participant in a Minnesota Safety Council training course to receive the preferred rate.

Cancellation Policy: Pre-registration and payment are required. Hopefully you won't need to cancel, but if you do, please do so at least three business days prior to the course for a full refund. No refunds will be made after three business days prior to the course. This policy will be enforced, so please plan ahead if you need to cancel your attendance.
