Minnesota Safety Council

Unintentional injuries are the leading cause of death for Minnesota's children and teens.

Safe Kids Minnesota, coordinated by the Minnesota Safety Council, since 1988, is a statewide network of six local coalitions and over 250 organizations and individuals dedicated to preventing unintentional injuries to children and teens. Safe Kids Minnesota was one of the first coalitions formed in the U.S. Read a brief history.
