Click It or Ticket
Each year in Minnesota less than half of all motor vehicle occupant fatalities are buckled up. From 2008-2010 in Minnesota 409 unbelted motorists were killed in crashes and 814 suffered serious, life altering injuries. Join the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, the Minnesota Network of Employers for Traffic Safety, law enforcement agencies and other businesses throughout the state in the effort to prevent these human and economic losses. Participate in the Click It or Ticket campaign — a combination of enforcement and public awareness activities with the goal of raising Minnesota's seatbelt rate and saving lives.
The Minnesota Network of Employers for Traffic Safety (NETS) is offering free resources to help you implement activities. View materials at www.minnesotasafetycouncil.org/nets/N-res.cfm and use the fax order form or submit online at www.minnesotasafetycouncil.org/NETS/NETSOnlineOrderForm.cfm.
