Poison Prevention

Most homes are filled with products, which, if used in the wrong way or in the wrong quantity, can harm us and those we care about. Simple steps, such as reading product and medication labels before use; storing medicines and household products in their original containers, out of reach of children and pets; and learning basic first aid for poisoning can help reduce the risk and effects of an unintentional poisoning.

A Poison Prevention Brochure is available in portable document format (PDF). You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it.
