New Study Rates Life-Saving AEDs for Ease of Use Federal OSHA has recommended that all workplaces have an AED in place. If you've been waiting to purchase one, the time is now! A recent study conducted by Interface Analysis Associates found that the Phillips AED, which we distribute, was rated most highly of those tested for ease of use by untrained persons in an emergency. AEDs are more affordable than ever. We offer a great member price and, in addition, state agencies, cities, counties and independent school districts are eligible for a special discount. Need training on how to use AEDs? We can provide that, too. To learn more, call Bryan Bomstad at 651-228-7315/800-444-9150 or e-mail him at bomstad@mnsafetycouncil.org. For a summary of the AED study, see http://www.mnsafetycouncil.org/products/counts.pdf. Upcoming Training!
