On January 1, 1991, Minnesota adopted an amendment to Minnesota OSHA Statutes that requires most employers to develop and use a formal workplace accident and injury reduction program that promotes safe and healthful working conditions. This half-day workshop will assist you in writing your program based on the five sections required by MNOSHA. These include: safety responsibilities of managers and supervisors, hazard identification, communication of safety programs, accident investigation, and enforcement methods. Come prepared to write or update your program!
