NEW workshop intended for supervisors, safety managers and those responsible for aerial work platform (AWP) training. This in-depth look at AWP’s will provide the skills necessary to evaluate aerial lifts for proper use and maintenance, and preplan for safe operations. Topics include: AWP operation, manufacturer requirements, maintenance requirements and key inspection points, pre-work inspection of work areas, loading/offloading lifts, proper use of boom lifts, scissor lifts and man lifts, ANSI requirements, rental issues and evaluating operator training.
