Scaffold Safety – Effectively Managing Scaffolds - Duluth Network Program

This session will include presentations and discussion on the following: review of the OSHA scaffold standard to provide a basic understanding of safe scaffold erection with an emphasis on active management of the scaffold during use; the role and responsibilities of the "Competent Person"; inspection requirements; tagging methods and procedures; user training requirement; fall protection; safe use requirements for modified scaffolding.

This presentation will provide attendees with information to help them plan, execute and manage safe scaffolding.
