In addition, the Minnesota Safety Council collects aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit. None of this information is connected to any personally-identifying information. Other Information We Share: As is common and accepted business practice, we share the contact information of Minnesota Safety & Health Conference registrants with organizations which exhibit at the conference. Is Your Information Secure? We want your online ordering experience to be worry free. It is our intent to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information you have provided. We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract to only what they need to carry out their responsibilities. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online security system available. With us, all of your personal information – including your credit card number – is encrypted by SSL. Although we transmit your entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing, we reveal only the last four numbers of your credit card account number when confirming an order. We maintain the data that you provide us, along with a record of your purchases, in a secure database. How do we use your e-mail? When you provide us with your e-mail address, we may send you e-mails necessary to process your order, respond to a request, provide customer service or promote products and services. For example, after you place a training or conference registration or a product order with the Minnesota Safety Council, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Pricing Registration fees and merchandise prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information online, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections. Shipping and Delivery We can ship to almost any address in the world. Shipping costs for orders from the Minnesota Safety Council depend on the method and option you choose. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery of in-stock merchandise. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks to receive the first issue of a new subscription Shipping and handling charges depend on the destination and the value of your order. Please contact us for shipping charges for orders over $400.00 or for orders shipped to international destinations. What is your product return policy? We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are having a problem with an item you ordered from us, we want to help. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will credit or exchange it, if unused material is returned within 30 days of shipment, in saleable condition and in its original package.
